Yes — SMS, WhatsApp and email. Fee reminders, absence alerts, results notices and announcements can go out over the channel each parent actually reads, with a delivery record for every message.
I have children in two schools that both use NEYO. Do I need two accounts?
No. One parent account can be linked to each school their children attend, and they switch between schools inside NEYO without signing in twice.
