Payments made through M-Pesa are recorded against the correct learner and reflected in their balance immediately, with the receipt issued at the same time. The bursar reconciles inside NEYO rather than matching bank statements by hand.
Can we charge different fees for different classes and terms?
Yes. Fee structures are set per class and per term, with any mix of tuition, transport, boarding, meals, uniforms and custom items — and each learner's invoice follows their class's structure.
Can parents get a fee statement without coming to school?
Yes. Parents see their child's fee balance, statement and receipts from the parent portal on their phone, and the school can send statements and reminders by SMS.
