Timetables
The whole school's timetable, generated — then adjusted by hand where it must be.
Classes, venues, teacher loads and double periods handled by the generator; printed per class, per teacher or per venue when it's right.
What it covers
How it works
Step 1
Tell NEYO the school's real constraints
Subjects per class, venues, teacher assignments, the week's periods — the school's actual shape.
Step 2
Generate
The generator works through the constraints deterministically — the same inputs give the same timetable, and clashes surface immediately.
Step 3
Adjust what needs a human
Move the lessons that need a human's judgement; NEYO keeps checking clashes as you edit.
Step 4
Publish and print
One action publishes to staff and learners, and prints the per-class, per-teacher and per-venue views.
Who it's for
The Deputy Principal
Days of timetable shuffling replaced by a generated base plus considered adjustments.
The Teacher
A personal timetable that is always current — including their own load at a glance.
The Principal
A timetable that was checked for clashes before it was published, not after.
Questions schools ask
Does timetable generation use AI?
No. Generation is deterministic — constraints, stable ordering, graph methods and backtracking. The same inputs produce the same timetable, every time, and the process is separate from review, approval and publication.
Can we adjust the generated timetable?
Yes — generation produces the base, and manual adjustment sits on top with clash checking as you edit. The generator assists the person who knows the school; it does not overrule them.
Can we print timetables for every class and teacher?
Yes — per class, per teacher and per venue, formatted for printing, including the whole grade's set in one action.

Requests are reviewed before a school workspace is created — NEYO demonstrates with your school's real shape, not a generic tour.
No charges. No automatic account creation.

CBC & 8-4-4 assessment
Teachers enter marks; NEYO tabulates, grades and formats the report card — CBC competency records or 8-4-4 — ready to print on A4.
Attendance
Teachers mark attendance on their phone; a parent whose child is absent gets an SMS the same morning, not at the end of term.
School fees & M-Pesa
Record every payment once — cash or M-Pesa — and the receipt, the learner's balance and the school's ledger are all correct, all at the same time.
